General Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You can return any item purchased from our website within 30 days of receipt, provided it meets the criteria outlined below.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

1. The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
2. The product is in its original packaging.
3. The product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
4. You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. The Seller reserves the right to make a handling and restocking charge of 20% on Goods which are returned if they were ordered in error or are no longer required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

1. Custom or personalised items.
2. Products that have been opened or used.
3. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@centres-direct.co.uk to initiate a return. Please include your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Authorisation: Once we receive your request, we will process it and send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with return instructions.
3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item

Damaged or Defective Items

1. Damaged goods should be reported within 72-hours of the goods being delivered.

2. Do not dispose of the original packaging that the unit came in, the serial number on the box must match the one on the unit.

3. Installation will void any claim.

4. When courier arrives with the delivery, check the box for any damage. If the box has sustained any damage, inform the courier and note as damaged on the delivery note. Failure to do so will void any claim.

5. When making a claim, please provide us with photos of the damage.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at sales@centres-direct.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
